About Quran Home Online
Bringing a patient Quran teacher into every Muslim home, wherever it is in the world.
Quran Home Online is an online Quran academy that teaches the Quran, Salah, Duas, Hadith and practical Islamic knowledge through live one-to-one classes. We serve children, adults and new Muslims in every time zone, with male and female teachers.
Our mission
Many Muslim families live far from a masjid or a qualified teacher, or cannot fit fixed madrasa times around school and work. We make it possible to learn the Quran properly at home, with the same care a student would receive sitting in front of a teacher.
How we teach
- One student, one teacher, every class
- A written learning plan for each student
- Correction during recitation, not only at the end
- Regular revision so learning stays with the student
- Monthly reports so parents always know the progress
Our teachers
Our teachers are Huffaz and Qaris trained in Tajweed, and graduates of Islamic studies who teach Hadith and Fiqh. Every teacher is interviewed, tested on recitation and trained to teach online, and female teachers are available for sisters and children.
Our approach to Islamic knowledge
We teach from the Quran and authentic Sunnah, give references for what we teach, and treat differences between the recognized schools of thought with respect. Teachers do not issue fatwas on complex personal matters; they refer those questions to qualified scholars.
